Al Ghandi Electronics has launched the new Whirlpool “JETCHEF” ““ a revolutionary concept in cooking providing significant and unique consumer benefits by combining the necessity of a regular oven and the practicality of the microwave in one machine.
Whirlpool’s new JetChef designed to offer the same cooking results as a traditional oven in half the time, with great space optimisation to meeting the needs of large families. On the other hand, a Whirlpool microwave oven does not just save time, it opens a whole new world of healthy cooking and eating.
With the new JetStream forced convection system, the fan blows hot air into the cavity through the four inlets in the back wall corners. This ensures that the baking action is distributed evenly throughout the interior. The extra airflow reaches the food more delicately and from all sides, thus making the cooking process gentler, but at the same time much more efficient. It also provides very good bottom heating that improves the quality of pastries and pies baked in ceramic dishes.
By using the convection system together with the microwave function, it is possible to create a perfectly baked meal in a fraction of the time needed by a traditional oven. JetChef Combi models come with a range of intelligent accessories such as the unique Baking Tray which enables to prepare a wide range of meals, even those not usually associated with microwaves, with the same results they expect from a traditional oven.
Whirlpool’s Exclusive Crisp function allows to prepare crispy, perfectly baked food in just a few minutes. Crisp works through a 3D microwave system, a quartz grill and the unique crisp plate, all co-ordinated by an intelligent control system that ensures all these cooking functions work together smoothly to give the results the consumer wants.
The engineers of Whirlpool took great effort to create the modern look of the revolutionary oven with its elegant lines, the full-width door, the innovative position of the control panel and the LCD display. This design not only give JetChef a distinctive styling, it makes it clear that these are serious cooking appliances with performances well beyond those of an ordinary microwave oven.
The new design has achieved unprecedented efficiency in the use of space. In fact, JetChef has a unique outside/inside ratio (turntable diameter divided by width of product) in the segment (74% compared with 60-65% for competing models). This allows the consumer to cook larger dishes. JetChef has a capacity of 31 litres and a 36-cm turntable, compared with 26 litres and a 28-cm turntable for a conventional model. That means the consumer can easily accommodate a 38 cm oval dish.
It also features an Innovative LCD Display with a discreet green backlight. The LCD display has a variety of feedback indications to help monitor the cooking process and to avoid mistakes. On the control panel itself, the number of controls has been reduced to make it easier and more intuitive to use.
