The traditional whitegoods service engineer meeting is scheduled for this Friday, 28th September to take place in Coventry that is aimed at appliance service technicians from across the UK.

The smaller September meeting is primarily aimed at service engineers and is normally a smaller and much more informal meeting than the larger one held in February and this one proves to be no exception thus far with good attendance from engineers.
No doubt recent events surround the Hi Group, including Independent Service (ISDAL) entering into administration will be a topic of particular focus and interest, the obvious question being, “what happens now?”. With repair companies across the UK currently owed, in many cases, thousands of pounds, we’re quite sure that this will be a hot topic at the meeting.
Also under discussion will be the updated Rapport call handling software which was recently upgraded as well as a host of other interesting topics that affect repair companies both directly and indirectly. And, of course as usual, there are a number of experts and people in the know that are there to help and assist colleagues in the industry.
Due to spaces being limited if you intend to attend the meeting please fill in the registration form from the following link to ensure that you have a ticket issued.
