UK consumer group Which? has launched new annual awards to honour companies who have produced the best products and services over the past year. Which? Editor Malcolm Coles says: ‘We believe in giving credit where credit’s due so, for the first time, we’ve created a roll-call of companies that have given customers outstanding service in the past year.
‘Whether putting exciting, innovative products on the market or providing excellent customer service, these companies have set the bar high in answering consumers’ needs.’
Bosch is named as best domestic appliance brand, racking up 12 Which? Best Buys for washing machines, dishwashers, vacuum cleaners, fridges and tumble driers and providing excellent value for money.
