Fulgor, the specialist Italian oven and hob manufacturer, has been snapped up by Italian cooker manufacturer Meneghetti for a, so far, undisclosed sum.
Most people won’t know either name but many within the industry will recognise the products as they are sold under many brands in the UK.
Not much is known about the deal at this point other than outline reports on the internet that it has happened.
Meneghetti produce a wide range of cooking appliances, range cookers, ovens, microwaves and hobs that come into the UK under various brand names including CDA, Necht, Caple and many, many others.
