On top of the vacuum drawer that we mentioned yesterday, Smeg have also launched a range of blast chillers that are very versatile machines but, agian, not at all cheap at the best part of £4000!
You can do a lot with these machines and, there are some very compelling features and uses for them but, given the high cost of them, we can’t see them becoming popular unless the price dropped significantly and, you have people with space to accommodate one.
