Likewise, out of the blue an Lg fridge freezer.Information very thin on the ground. Googled address and it appears as a block of rented offices.
Also asking if we do a cabinet fee. Surely thats for the insurers to work on.
How do you offer a cabinet fee buying spares off Connect????Did you do the call and have you been paid?

A cabinet fee is where you agree a fixed rate and you cover the cost of any parts, Charge for labour only.
Its possibly ok for a manufacturer if your paying factory costs on spares. But cant see any advantage unless the fee was something stupidly high and I doubt that.December 4, 2013 at 3:38 pm #405696AMS

Bit of an odd one Steve.
It would appear, according to Nominet, that the domain has only just been registered a few weeks ago as below and, the website doesn’t exactly in instil a lot of confidence.

Companies House data reveals the company reg no they list relates to Media and Appliance Care UK Ltd. The company was incorporated on 20 November 2013. It’s sole director lives in Brighton.
They don’t appear on the Royal Mail address list for Link House, but I suppose it is early days yet.
