“Residencial Nou Centre” is a promotion of luxury homes occupying surface areas ranging from 60 to 142 m2 in which the Lacitur Group is committed to incorporating the most advanced technologies to make a pleasant place to live that is more environmentally friendly.
The Group has therefore chosen the Fagor home automation system that combines the most advanced technology in home automation with robust, user-friendly operation.
The 99 homes will be equipped with the Fagor Maior-Domo, a flood detection and control system, the home automation control for lighting, central heating and air conditioning, an anti-intrusion alarm system and kitchens fully fitted out with the latest generation Fagor domestic appliances with NET compatible technology, which will enable the owners to enjoy an exceptional level of comfort and security.
The home automation system will communicate with the outside via the telephone line. So, no matter where they are, the owners will receive alarm warnings if there is a flood in their home, if an intruder is detected or if the power supply is cut off. The home automation installation will also neutralise any flood by cutting off the home’s water supply.
They will also be able to use their mobile phones to control the air conditioning, central heating, domestic appliances, alarm system and lighting, and even to program the lighting so that the system carries out automatic presence simulations when there is no-one at home.
The promotion, whose first twenty five homes will be handed over after the summer, is going to be built in four successive phases. It should be fully completed by December 2006.
