There has been a fire today at Liebherr’s Newport Pagnell warehouse and offices which is expected to cause significant disruption for at least the next few days to service and spare parts.
So far many details are unknown such as the cause of the blaze but it has been reported that the fire started around 2pm this afternoon requiring the attendance of ten fire engines.
As the photos that we have received show, as well as the short video, this was a pretty severe fire by the looks of it and we feel really sorry for all the people at Liebherr, some of whom we know well as we work with Liebherr a considerable amount.
Thankfully, there are no reported casualties or injuries although we’d bet there’s some frayed nerves.
