    What is the voltage rating on the compressor? In the 1930’s they operated around 200volts I believe (though that’s a shade before my time) 😉

    :-). 110v made by General Electric sold in the UK with a transformer in the base.

    The original was a 350va. I’m using a 1000va

    Compressor voltage will make no difference what so ever.
