I am starting to think this is just you two having a go at each other, is it all hot air,niether is actually answering anything and the one question that should be answered is “Why was the Constitution of the WTA changed?”
Also where is this personal post of me Ade posted? its not in my inbox yet? Or is this not actually true?

Are you joking? Moderation on the posts now will only add to the smoke and mirrors in this thread, i want answers and as yet they are not coming, also moderation would only back Ade’s theory of “Kens Army”.

I got fed up with your belligerent and intransigent attitude and ended up swearing at you, yes. So?
All that because I deleted a post that was disparaging to a WTA member, was confrontational and basically, bang out of order. This view was reinforced by all members of the WTA team, bar you obviously and by every member of the mod team after you decided to go off on one and delete the entire thread.
Then you chose to misrepresent your actions into the bargain.
I will let that one hang in the air a bit.
Then ask, what was the motivation.
Now think, what’s the motivation in this thread where you clearly have an issue with me and me alone. Probably because I didn’t want to endorse your little money grabbing scheme called Find My Engineer.
But heh ho, I can live with it.

I agree John… FACTS ARE: WTA Rules are made up as they go along, if you moderate this, then you’re as bad as them.
WTA = Self Regulating. Whatever rules we want, we have. I Changed the Constitution, with no vote. No nothing but a giggle from the rest of the council. THIS IS FACT!
Kwatt… Why don’t you leave the WTA alone and let it find its own way? Oh yeah, because Lawrence wouldn’t Chair then! Club anyone? I’d like to see a new chairman, one thats proper voted in, NOT kept voted in by ken & the puppets!

Sorry to sound boring, but still no answer as to why the constitution was changed, who authorised it, and for what benifit.

I changed it on the WTA Website after agreement from all WTA Council Members (Including Ken Watt even though he was not a Council Member). It was changed after you joined the WTA. We changed it from a 2 Year to 3 Year Membership basis before members are eligable to stand for WTA Council. Basically Nigel, nobody on the WTA Team wanted you to be able to stand.
It’s now been changed back to a 2 year term (That wasn’t me). So if anyone wants to stand for election, and have a genuine election, keep an eye on the WTA Forum. Mr Watt & Mrs Carey are not suitable given my experience within the WTA.

From memory, Ade changed it then notified the WTA, as in the chairman, Lawrence that it had been done.
I have said repeatedly that if Ade wants to reveal the various aspects then he can knock himself out doing so but I will not and, so far as I am aware, neither will anyone else.
Mainly because, it’s not anyone’s place to do so other than Ade’s and the responses may not be to his taste.
This is why he keeps deflecting from the points raised and keeps dwelling on one or two aspects, he doesn’t want to get it into the nitty gritty. Just ask yourself why that is.
But, I’ve had enough for an evening and going to leave it there. Due to numerous requests I may place certain things on the moderation queue for now to save more of this rubbish being posted.

I would never stand for election to the Council, i dont think any one would nominate me and i think i would quickly fall out with everyone and the membership would quite quickly be reduced to 1….. me! So if that was the reason then it was bloody daft and dosnt make sense, why the hell would i be such a problem?

Ok, so lets say I took it upon myself (Which I didn’t) to change the Constitution, wouldn’t you agree that the Chairman has a duty to say no? Not allow it to happen?
After all… He has a duty to work to the Constitution that we wrote? Or is it as is… We can do what we like when we like?

Could I request a Confirmation from the WTA Chairman that this breach of WTA Constitution was carried out without the agreement of the WTA Members.

I don’t see how you come to that assumption, I will not delete posts in this thread only remove the parts that I think are offensive.
There is a difference between moderation and censorship, I have been a Moderator on here for about 8 years and can count the posts that I have deleted on one hand ( apart from the dozens of spam posts ). On the other hand I have changed and edited lots of posts for being abusive, racist and downright slanderous. I have never deleted a post because the I disagreed with the content.
