I cannot give evidence of my comments I`m afraid internal information is the property of BSH and as such confidencial.

I`m afraid I`m not here to prove my comments, you can either take them of leave them.

    Thank you.
It’s just that some people reading forums take opinion as fact.

    😕

I`m speaking facts, but only what is available in the public domain on BSH sites.

I have 20 yrs within the industry, 8 of those in BSH sites around Europe, I`m not about to commit career suicide to prove a point on a forum.

    Unless you pay me. 😆

Being a German company I have always assumed that BSH adopt high ethical and environmental policies within their manufacturing process.
I wonder if this principle has been carried over to the production in China or abandoned in search of greater profit?

    Re: Bosch quality bearings!

I had a call today to a Hotpoint D/W Model no DWF34, also found on the DWF35, DWF30,DWF33 and DWF37.

First one I`ve seen that was Bosch built.

With a standard Bosch fault,M/C dead, pull off module to find suprise track blown on control module, the heater section of the circuit.

Same machine can also be found as an Indersit.

Is the other Andy still around, the one that swapped with Andy Baker to take over Swindon office along with Mr Howe.

I`d have paid to see Mr Howe face when he found that out. 😆

I left when some idiots decided to score Engineers on there little pieces of yellow paper and adjust there performance. :rolls:

I see Simon made it into PR video. :rolls:

I’m pretty sure BSH ethical policies are worldwide.

    No such model as DWF37.

Some of these were actually manufactured in the UK under license at Hotpoint plants. Over the years I have seen loads of them, never ever seen one masqurading as an Indesit though. I would be interested in the model number of any Indesit ( Bosch) 😕

    German. They own it.

The perception by the consumer is that the goods are German made and, by inference, a quality product produced and built in Germany. And, they expect all the trappings that go with that, of course for buttons.

    The reality is not that.

That’s not to say that many others aren’t the same, a helluva lot of people thing Hoover is British (mad, I know) and that Hotpoint is still made in good old England.

    It’s a brand perception thing.

    Re: Bosch quality bearings!

Yeah like clients who bring in the Electrolux Hoover for repair.

We used to wind up clients back in the day when Vacumn cleaners were serviced/repaired.

As for the Hotpoint being Bosch Indesit issue, the easiest reference I can give without issue on this site is too search some suppliers and look at the parts for the model numbers I`ve shown.

If you no Bosch well and Hotpoint Indesit, you shouldn`t have much difficulty spotting there the same m/c.

I`m afraid one person stating they haven`t seen one doesn`t really mean much.
