Re: bosch sgv43a03gb17
Having fitted the new module which worked fine for a couple of weeks,
I thought I’d send it back to Bosch applinace spares people for them to test it. If it was OK then no prob, if it was faulty then I wanted a replacement. They said yes it was faulty but there is NO guarantee as it wasn’t fited by an authorised engineer. I argued that it was only a plug in module. They said they would send a replacement as a goodwill gesture, but again with No guarantee. I asked for a refund and they have duly obliged (fair play). So now I’ve got my £100 it’s time for a new machine.
I went for Bosch as although a lot dearer I thought it would be reliable and long-serving. It lasted just over 2 years. Rather than go through what might be an expensive repair exercise we’ve decided to buy a new machine.
Any suggestions? Is it worth spending more or I’m I better off going for something cheap and replace it every 2/3 years?
The quieter the better.
Thanks …
