Have you added that site into your browser as a ‘trusted site’? I’ve just checked my end and the site is working fine! 😉

It would seem that what appears on my screen is the left hand side of the web page and nothing I do can get the whole page.
Every other web site is fine except this one.
Phoned BSH but they couldn’t help.
Any suggestions :haier: :haier: :haier:Steve

Have you a trade account with BSH?
If so, why don’t you email them at mks-spares@bshg.com and explain your problem to them? They usually reply pretty quick by the way. 😀
Have you entered it into your browser as a trusted site I wonder? It won’t work otherwise I found! 😕

Hey! There’s a usable search on it. Punter put his model as 7050GB – not found. Put in *7050GB* and it went straight to HBN7050GB/01.

…if only they could remember our log in details, have to log in every visit.

That’s odd? My login details always show everytime I log on to the BSH site (just like on good old UKW) 😉

yes and I dont not have any problem on other sites or on the old quickfinder site…… there is an absence of a “remember my details box” too…..
do you mean you 2 don’t even enter a password to access your account?

I have an account and when I enter the Bosch eShop site ‘My Account’ box is shown on the r/hand side with my email address and password encryption shown. I simply press the ‘Login’ box and I’m in!

Am I in the minority on here but I cant seem to get very far with the e-shop.I’m registered it accepts me.I enter the E-nr in the appliance box and get a screen pop-up telling me about navigation etc.Click the ‘exploded views’ and get another page telling me about the icons on the upper page – what upper page?
I can never understand commercial websites that make it difficult for the customer to spend money this one is not intuitive, I’ve spent hours on it already to no avail,I’d have been quicker asking for part numbers in Trade Spares and then ordering by phone.June 4, 2008 at 10:54 am #243014Martin

I guess you must be?:?
Once the parts page comes up it should show your email address and password in ‘MY ACCOUNT’. Then in the box below marked ‘Appliance search’ just type in the model number (or part of it at least) and it will come up in the main ‘Results’ window once you hit the Return key. If you only type in part of the model number it will show a list of variants to choose from. Clicking on one will open the exploded drawings of the various sections.
Easy!:D
