ParticipantSorry to rehatch this thread outside the earlier one, but as has been said Quickfinder has been taken down and replaced with the new site which you have to register and sign up for. I did this today and got access later this PM.
The thing is it appears that this new reincarnation is geared up for the General Public and not us the trade. Gone are the exploded product views and parts listings. How are we meant to order as it seems that its all geared for consumables and what BSH describe as selected items ?
Whats the take on this, how this can be an advancement is difficult to work out but as it stands this new site is of little use to the trade unless I have of course missed something.

I tried Martin’s trick – put the model number in the box under the GAGGENAU listing – it works!!
Until they destroy that too…….back to the bad old days of no info on Bosch spares. 👿Steve.

If you’re just searching for parts info, stick the enr no. in the bottom right box, hit return and you get all the exploded diagrams you want. No need to register, even.

Thanks Chris, well sussed out 😀
I’ve always felt quickfinder was too good to be true and one day it would all be taken away from us, but good news for the time being and hopefully for the future.Bryan

Last Monday I looked up the pt no for a Tecnics SE6TIE1GB/29 Bosch clone and and the old site showed it straight away. Just tried the new e-spares one and not listed, So looks like its not going to be any good for re badged BSH products.

it does find that model, perhaps they have been adding more lines throughout the day.

Seems to be working fine for me (now I have registered) explodeds just as before AFAICT. Even better, my order history is sitting there and I guess the order basket is not lost when you log off (not tried that yet though!) Shame no tech info though!

Errr? Just placed an order and unlike before it was invoiced to my monthly account, this time I had to submit my credit/debit card details to process the order? 😕
How come I wonder? :rolls:

Just priced up a Siemens D/W element on the new site not a bad price but didn’t get the 15{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} discount a I used to get with BHS.

If you have that agreed discount, it will show on your order basket. The initial price displayed is retail including vat, add it to your basket and then view the basket to see the trade price.
Only problem I have with the site now is having to log on all the time, the old one remembered my details, this one doesnt.February 20, 2008 at 12:11 pm #242995Martin

Indeed so and in my case they’ve reduced my discount to just 15{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} 🙁
Also as I mentioned earlier I’ve had to pay by debit card as the order I placed would not go onto my monthly account :rolls:
Not best pleased, am holding back my orders and have emailed them to find out what’s going on? 👿

FROM, OZI saw that too, that wiring diagrams are available etc etc? Trouble was that I couldn’t view them at the time as my browser didn’t allow cookies and stuff 🙁 Since I’ve given it the all clear….guess what?? No technical info? Hey! Ho! 🙁
The good news (so far) is that I’ve got a reply back from BSH regarding my monthly account and super dooper discount rate and they’ve set it up for me…nice one BSH
When I originally registered my details onto their site I omitted to click on the bit where it says ‘Trade with account’ 😳

I can’t get the e-shop to work at all I just get a page with a menu but anything I click on doesn’t work. :haier:
The only way in is through the Gaggenau link.
