I can never understand commercial websites that make it difficult for the customer to spend money this one is not intuitive, I’ve spent hours on it already to no avail,I’d have been quicker asking for part numbers in Trade Spares and then ordering by phone.Make sure you are not on “accessories” instead of spare parts. The last time I tried to find a part on there I got a blow up diagram but the parts list didn’t cross reference to the numbers on the diagram.

I am told that you cant access spare parts unless you have a trade account but you can only get a trade account if you are vat registered which excludes a lot of sole traders. Is this true?

Try mouse clicking on the “start search” rather than the information ” i ” alongside it.
A bit of non user friendly software design in my opinion.Regards,

Members of the public can buy parts from the site so you don’t need a trade account but obviously you will pay full price without one. I tend to only use it for information so I can order the parts from my normal suppliers but sometimes the Connect trade price is the same as the BSH retail price from the website.

You can use the search facility to find the part numbers you want without being registered. If you want to order from BSH without an account, ring the order in and tell them your business name – you still get your trade discount, you just pay on your card.
