I have just ordered a whirlpool wash pump was going to buy a couple from masterpart as they normal flog them for £49 each if you buy 2, masterpart are out of stock, i looked at Connect who usualy flog them for £67 each they are down to £42 just nipped in and placed an order now befor they bump them up again.jj

Am I now getting humped by Connect?

I have an order for a Servis module, a whirlpool wash pump and a Creda cooker clock.

Connect price for order £224.54
Masterpart for the same stuff £131.21

That’s a difference of £93.33 for 3 parts!!!!!

mines £229.01 + vat. so even worse.
Is there a problem sending the module to EMW?

Qualtex £155.84 and the creda part OOS.

The module is fried unfortunately with a large black hole through the middle so unless EMW have Paul Daniels working for them I doubt they could help. 😀

Hi Barry,

AWS have started to sell a lot of Servis parts and the prices are pretty good, I dont recognise the part number you have for the module but if it is the one for a Servis M6011 AWS have it in stock for £35 trade.

Thats the correct model but Masterpart are £33.99 and Qualtex are £34.99 so both beat AWS.

By the way Connect are £95.77 for the same part.

I have sent badly burnt modules to EMW and no problems. Give them a ring.

I wrang them months ago on this very issue, my account was altered but now i think theyv’e sneaked it back up as the prices are becoming like they were.

I just order from someone else when this is the case on a item/spare so its their loss in my view.

I quoted a connect price for a baumatic oven timer a while back. It was so expensive the customer ordered a new oven. Then I get a call from VERY angry customer saying Baumatic quoted her retail price for her clock of less than half the connect price that I had quoted!

I lost the customer for good! NOW I always check around for prices.

Just another one to add to the list.
LG double pump. Connect: £67.88 plus vat / SRP £102.92
Espares: £58.99 incl. vat and they give you the LG part no. 5859ER1002F which Connect don’t, even in Mediator. :rolls:

I have just compared an small order between Connect and Qualtex.
Connect £67.98 +
Qualtex £46.92 +
Substitute a pattern pump unavailable on Connect then down to £26.97

No brainer really and one happy me 😉

PS. my order was a Bosch d/w drain pump, hotpoint hinges, door bearings and a vent hose.

i have just checked and it is just 2xplaset pumps
so approx £5 each
