I’ve no idea if anything is on then, but I have a clear diary.
And, I can get T to be there then and on meet and greet duties or whatever I (she) tell (tells) here (me) to do. 😉

It’s the last weekend of the Scottish school week but, on that weekend I can bring T to do stuff as well. Might struggle on others with babysitters etc.

KeymasterRe: February 2012
I changed the meeting registration form to be for registered users only and it is published now.
URL is: http://whitegoodstradeassociation.org/i … gistration
I was thinking, with my evil and devious mind…
Why not publish it in the WTA forums first for a couple of weeks then go live on the rest of the site, ensuring any members that are paying attention get first crack at it and a place ensured. Also means any c0ck ups we can deal with in house before it goes on general release.
If there’s no problem with that, I reckon Lawrence should post it up in the WTA forums and we just get cracked on. I can’t really see any issue if it’s only to members for the moment.
Have to make sure that everyone attending does do it though, even if one of us does it for them, so we have the fire numbers and all that malarky and can do the stuff we need to with badges etc.

I just tried logging in but I cannot remember my password. I tried the “forgotten password” link and that doesn’t work It just says that an account with that email address doesn’t exist. Is it the same login for UKW as it is for WTA site?

Bazza500 is the username I don’t know if it’s case sensitive.
Can’t see the password but either Ade or I can reset it I think. Send me a PM if you want that done.

😉 Also we need a big name or something big ,confirmed to be announced on or around the 10th of November.
Can we nail the refrigeration thing by then ?September 26, 2011 at 8:02 pm #359541Lawrence

And another thought ,whilst all the invitations will go through Ian ,that does not mean that we shouldn’t be speaking to any we think may be interested in attending.

KeymasterRe: February 2012
Remember, any of us can add the info about an attendee if we want, all we need is the info to do it. So, even talking to someone on the phone we can tap it in and we all get to know who intends being there, in what capacity and if we need to do anything to make it happen.
So even if it’s someone that cr4ps out with the form it can be sorted with a call or email. Same if Ian or anyone (like last time) gets someone in a conversation they can just enter it in and we all are then aware, no surprises like last time.
And, if it’s someone Ian brow beats… sorry, gently persuades, to attend he can just rattle in the details the same way. I added Ian’s email to that form this evening so anything that gets submitted he has a copy, I have a copy and Ade has a copy as well as the copy stored on the site dbase. Point is, we all have pretty good access to the data and then know what we have to be doing.
I can add any other mail address you want as well.
Far better way to do it methinks. More organised.
