Re: February 2016 Conference

Sorry Tim didn’t get the tongue in cheek bit (maybe a new emoticin req)
To be honest we were torn as to what to do ,the original call came through on the Tues and was only confirmed by a conversation between myself and the lady in question on Thurs afternoon that she would /could attend.
To have a “Consumer Champion” attend an event where there were over 100 engineers in one room seemed to good an opportunity to miss, She asked some interesting questions and was told by some in the room that were wider industry issues than just tumble dryers.
She wasn’t given an easy ride, and the points made were filmed (how much will be used I’m not sure)

The problem is the none of us get to see the data that manufacturers hold (which was another point made to Ms Beer) so we will never know
