Having had a visit from my Parts Center sales rep yesterday to show me the intricacies of the new Parts Center website. It was clear that my previously established trade discounts were not in place on their site. I was told by him that Parts Center as busily correcting these anomolies and that I should be patient as they will be sorted very soon…..

…..and if they were not corrected in a say a couple of weeks, I was to ring him and let him know :con:

Droves of old customers are leaving and going elsewhere for their spare parts meanwhile and likely as not will never return 🙄

Up poo creek without a paddle methinks to be honest.

I had much the same situation, someone at Washpartscentersely insinuated I didn’t know how to use a website properly 😆 when I queried the prices etc.

Consequently, Washvac have not had an order from me for several weeks, still it’s a shame washvac.com has now gone as it was useful to look stuff up 🙁
