Interesting .. I spoke to Dave H yesterday about overdue payments and was told YHWH are changing banks and it’s a glitch , should be settled this week .

I just rang Dave, he says HI are changing banks which has delayed the ‘Release’ of payments. He’s hoping they’ll be released tomorrow, if not, Monday or Tuesday next week. Then it’s 3 days for clearing, so realistically, I can’t see any agent being paid until the end of next week at the earliest.

I had the same spin from Dave Highton regards the bank change.
I posed a question, if there is a change of banks why were we not notified so we could make payments into what would be new & proper account? (I’m not on contra)
Furthermore, I (Stupidly) paid up to 31 Dec on 1st Feb into the only account I have details of, being the one they supposedly stopped using. So I put it to D.H. clearly that account has money in it, and some of it is mine, so it stands to reason the account still being live and there is no reason why we should not be paid, I have suggested the excuse does not stack up.
I have told him the calls on the system that arrived yesterday will remain unbooked, and Mon pm all booked calls will be getting a call, unless I’m paid. Not a threat I told him, but a tactic.

Well , for one I am still not booking any fresh calls till after we see the money. If we dont get payment weds, then we will unbook any calls that have been previously booked.
Promises of payment ! might as well send you a photocopy of a cheque, doesn’t mean you will get paid.
If everythings fine why have they not done a same day transfer ?
Me like everyone else had a VAT bill to pay on the 7th, Unless Hi group pay there VAT differently I bet HM customs were paid on time !
I as well as many others lost money with Lofra and MFI, I restricted my loss by putting them on Credit Stop well before they went to the wall, I put up with abuse and threats but stood my ground, these companies would not hesitate to put us on stop because of late payment, even though they are supplying spares for their jobs.
Lets see what happens next week, I have already been told they will find someone else to put there work with if I put them on stop.

From a very reliable source and not to be made public. I have just heard that ISDAL are intent on starting up their own service network with employed engineers. They already have one on the road and intend to have the vast majority of their area covered by employed engineers by 2013. The plan is to poach engineers from wherever they can and dispense with their independent companies asap.
One day these people will understand that its much better to work with us rather than against us :haier:
