    Re: LG DIRECT DRIVE MOTOR

The fault code shown is “LE”

Since the Hall effect (described on Wikipedia, if you wanna look!) sensor is included with the stator coil assembly, by getting the stator coil, you will never know if just changing the (much cheaper) sensor would have fixed it alone.

Anyone fixed the fault by just changing the Hall-effect thing?

How about £54.31 (plus VAT) for the Stator Assy including the Hall Sensor? And overnight! (carriage four quid)

I ordered from Semi-Nedis late yesterday and was amazed when it arrived by DHL at lunchtime.

    Just off to fit it.

Already paid £70-odd+VAT for it from Europarts. Cheaper than CDSL, but really annoying when retail is less than trade 😡

Will report back how it goes. Bit sceptical because I haven’t seen many of these LG DD jobs. Machine was showing DE (!) but to be honest it was a mess anyway, waste pipe connected to usual crappy sink spigot along with dishwasher, so was barely draining.
