Just returned from a lovely fortnight in Scotland ( of which I spent at least 2 hours on the phone regarding the 60 percent ) b4 I went I had assurances from Shaun the accountant ( ????) we wouldn’t get a low payment. Did I beleive him. Did I b@**@#@s! So like a few of you they are on stop on Monday unless I get the full 40{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} .Rumour has it the brown goods folk got 65{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}. I’m also informed they can not tell us what {e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}age we are getting, they must think we are retards, we all know it takes 3 days to bac’s payments,so they must know what they are paying. They really do p@*s me off. Anyway got to go now need to scrap 2 1/2 million dead flies off the front of my car.

jt will recieve a reply to his letter within the next few days.my advisers have written this letter and it is very doubtful that he would be able to take any legal action against anybody starting with mfi as long as they wait until after the 25th
Well they got into it today, they called me twice looking for job updates and emailed me three times and on every occasion were told that once they paid the bill they’d get the answers.
We’ll see how it goes but I expect a nasty letter threatening legal action in the next few days at the behest of our friend JT.

Dave told me this morning before they sent him out to see his public that Shaun McKinney has left NESN!
Since he was on holiday last week I guess he just decided to go and not return, all good stuff.

Nic Cooper the financial director STILL won’t return my calls after several emails and phone calls, why is the git never in his office, or is he ?
While on the phone to Louise this morning (trying to talk to Mr Cooper) I asked the question “apart from coverplan, what is the expected percentage payment going to be this month ?”
Get this, “untill we have notification of the total payments due from the audit team, we are unable to tell untill next week, and then it will depend on the funds available” 😯
Fuck that. I’m outta there.

TBH that more or less confirms what I suspected. NESN are skint and are paying out as they get it or can get the funds from wherever to pay the bills.
Now, since I heard last year that they were on stop with MFI that leads me to the conclusion that this has been on a crash course for a long, long time and that we are probably witnessing the death knell of NESN. It won’t be long now I don’t think and they’ll be a bad memory.

well chaps i have spoken to jt.no it wasn’t to invite me on to the board.no it was to threaten me and my company he had recieved the letter from my solicitor.the letter informed him that he had infact broken his contract but offered him the chance to speak to mfi to increase the rates as he had implied i had stopped this from happening.he then continued to tell me that if i resigned he would take no further action.well i have a very hard choice.please could i ask the wise members of the war room for there advice?
