I, personally, wouldn’t resign I’d let him do it and try to justify the action as that allows you more flexibility than he has. I would also wager that he cannot justify it, just as in my case, the excuse used was extremely weak besides which it was also a criminal act if I decide to something about it.

If he terminates you, especially if he does an “immediate” termination after 30 days or so you have the upper hand with them rather than being forced down the 3 month path. Mind you, as soon as they rmove the advance balance, as happened to both Ted and I, you can immediately place them on stop whether your running it down or not as they are then in arrears with you so the action is justifyable.

Just initial thoughts.

I think u should follow your instincts ,especially after their latest escapade with the websoms which has saved them paying me approx 4k on the next payment run.Their new accountant knows how claw money back ,and save on cashflow.

I only got 48 wrong date rejections,I better I can not get through to accounts monday.jt is going to ring me monday he better have his tin hat on.

Somehow I’m getting the feeling that they are gonna be on stop with a LOT of agents this week.;)

I will await until i know my next cds payment it should be about half of what i am owed.this new rejection tactic may stop the need for part payment.this may stop many putting them on stop.staying a member is not in question but getting most of my money is.they are still not in a postion to give us our expected payment for next month maybe another delaying tactic, or maybe it takes longer to cook the books when there’s not enough money to go around.

Maybe, but many of us are already pissed off with the rejections scenario before this crap came about so I don’t know that it will be viewed as anything other than a stalling tactic. Added to which I’ve already had two other NESN agents on this month saying they were paid less than they owed Electrue *in total*!! I very much doubt that they will stand for this kind of shit tactic.
