Participantany body looking for new software or updateing there old systems have a look at the new hatchgate system had the new system installed 2 weeks ago and has saved us a fortune already email me if intrested

Keymasterwe use the early version written by the same guy who designed this, its based on pretty much the same platform and i will be looking to change over to this new version soon as its seems really good.

I am interested in this as it looks promising but could you give us some idea of the cost (don’t want to end myself up on there mailing list and start receiving lots of spam), also if some one would be prepared to send me some screen shots (I have downloaded the brochures but you can’t see much of the screen at the size they have printed them).

latest update service system now has import / export for laptops all engineers fill in worksheets on the road and either down loads from 3g or plugs in to server on return to office
saves loads of time and paperwork engineers dont even have to come into the office they can upload all jobs in the morning whilst haveing breakfast and down load all jobs that eve whilst having tea or in some cases lunch 😆 just wish repaircare could be more helpfull with down loadsJuly 29, 2010 at 10:08 pm #324651Steven

What are the start up costs?
monthly costs?
Is there a charge for muliple users / and additional computers?
Is there a cost for extra modules to allow text / email / postcode finder?

KeymasterHow about if I told you that I was working on something on this subject? And for those that have heard me on about the subject before, no, I hadn’t forgotten.
I’ll be happy to publish the price as well as soon as I’m ready to do so. All I will say is, it’s favourable for repairers. 😉
Won’t be done for the end of the year but it will be done.

ive been working on such a thing for sometime now.
Its a winapp , uses sqlserver or sqlserver express as its database, call logging, scheduling, multiple users, stock control, invoicing. Its getting very close to a beta release where i will be looking for a guniea pig / beta tester 🙂
i can put some screen shots up if ne one is interested, let me know
