    Re: On reflection,

Are the public allowed to sell stuff in the public forums??
I removed his link to a classifieds website FYI.

I can’t really see any reason why not. There used to be a public classified forum but it was little used and was killed in one of the clearouts.

    Re: On reflection,

Cheers K. What about links to classifieds websites and the like, and what is the rule of thumb regarding amount of items for sale?

    Rules?! πŸ˜‰

Basically it was always seen by me as being a judgement call by Dave or I pretty much at the time. I think the best thing is just to apply common sense and see what happens.

To much happy juice over the festive season for some folks methinks,

I think this should be knocked on the head ASAP.

    Re: On reflection,

Seeing as there only seems to be me around, I am going to pull this one before it gets any replies.

    OP is happycack,

Here is the body of the post, the thread title was Sexual Encounters.

Here’s something that I expect will get 500 visits by within a month (I’ll take the occasional flutter) I was 50 on Christmas Eve and been in the trade for thirty years. Now happily married and perfectly content. Based on complete honesty (And you know what a reputation of honesty we all hold) I’ll run this for a month and tell you if I can beat your storey. If I can’t then I will donate Β£50.00 to this site and they can give it to whatever charity they see fit. No blagging, no bulls**t, no horlicks and complete animosity. Should make good reading!!!

    Judging left to the moderators.

Its to late to let him know why and I am bloody tired, done ten calls for the second day in succession, booked all Friday and Sat AM, and most of next Tuesday already, sometimes I hate Mr Graham Bell.

    Goodnight.

    Jim.

    Re: On reflection,

I think that ‘on reflection’ I was correct to remove it, if anyone thinks I was wrong then please feel free to reinstate it, there are plenty of places online to discuss such things, this is not one of them. I hope happycacks wife doesn’t get to read his posts, less than 10 but one already mentioning being glad to have to return to a call because the customer was ‘ gorgeous ‘. :rolls:

    Re: On reflection,

Recieved by email from happycack to admin in the early hours of the morning:

    Hi Guys,
Please ignore a posting from my account yesterday. Got a brother in law from Sydney over for Christmas and he thought it would be fun so he tells me. Can’t see anything in the forums but I know what he’s like.
    Please accept my apologies.

So, he didn’t even want it posted or he was drunk and used his BIL as an excuse πŸ˜†

    Dave.

Yeah you’re right Jim, but I was busy arsing about telnetting into a remote router trying to figure out something at the time so I wasn’t really paying much attention.
