Have PMd Weirdjam after info from Gegsy and told him to restrict the info he gives out muting legal implications. How do I go about doing a broad brush info sheet on the Samsung SRS20 for general distribution?

Write it up in word or something similar and eMail it to Ken – he’ll stick it in the Articles section (if it’s any good……… :rotfl: ) after UKWifying it, then you can link it out of a sticky at the top of the fridge forum.

KeymasterYep, that’s the best way Ian as then you don’t need to know sod all about the HTML. Some pics would be nice though if we can get them.
And, when you’re done with that there’s the Hotpoint ones too… 😆
See what happens when you open your trap. 😉 😆

Is it pick on John day??? 😆
I would also like to point out that Whirlpool side by sides are the probably the best side by side in the world. We probably change about 20 back boards a week and in my vested opinion I love them.

Brill so you can do that one then! 😀
Is there any chance I can borrow the common boards to take pictures of them John?

Of course I’m a chancer, it’s led to my position in life! 😆
If you can give me the common ones of Friday that’d be great, I’ll post them back on Monday as all I want to do is get some decent photos of them. Some in situ would also be most handy for the article that you’re writing on them.
See, chancer. 😉

In my position as a Whirlpool service partner I would have to decline such an offer. If I told the truth in an article about side by sides I would no longer be a Whirlpool service partner.
If truth be told they are not a bad product but have got the “Hoover” sickness, that is everybody knows someone with a faulty one because there are millions of them out there. We keep on seeing the problem with the clicking board on all the older ones that were made before 2004 and they seem to make up the bulk of the calls. The good point is that when they call for a repair Inkfish sell them a policy and we get paid £80 + vat to fix them 😆

Nope… not quite seeing the downside here… 😆
Seriously we could do with something on them as we keep getting asked about the damn things. What I envisaged was more of a “this is what it’s all about” with a reminder that parts that are replaced by the user are not warranted etc. then try to direct to repairs@, thereby cutting out our friends at Inkfish.
The trouble is that none of the partners have used the blurb line to say that!
This is one example of how you can direct the traffic to the appropriate source, or at least steer as much as possible.
