Your call, but for your own safety I personally wouldn’t and don’t. They can’t say that you said this and that and have now damaged my appliance etc, if its left in public for all to view.

PM’s to public, not so good I’d agree. Keep it open and there’s no misunderstanding as it is seen by all and corrections can be made where appropriate. Trade, no problems.
