    Distant bells….. I spoke to the Gorenje people when this came up with Andy a couple of years back, but it’s not a sales and service deal – he had to become an agent (JTM?) for all Gorenje products in his area IIRC.

    I always like to have an ace up my sleeve, I rarely get into a debate without one. There’s little point in playing the game lest you know you’ve won or you can bluff down the opponent.

    I know, it’s not really very fair but there’s no point, as Sun Tze taught, in fighting a battle you either cannot win or one that you can but cannot live with the consequences of victory.
