Although in his defence I have to say that the page he is linking to does have the lights on steady in the graphics which is incorrect, they should be flashing, something I have tried to impart to him but with little or no success ATM.

It becomes a copyright infringement ONLY if he doesnt have permission from Connect to use and distribute it.

Knowing Connect I seriously doubt they have given him permission, so they might well have a beef about it including with us if it persists on being available.

Whom wants to get into a peeing contest with Connect over it? To my mind, the photo is no different to a wiring diagram and we wouldn’t allow that to be broadcast would we.

IMHO I would delete it Don and argue from a safe point of view if necessary.
