    Does anyone know when they are planning to reopen? I spoke to Accounts last week and she assured me they were open again, but their website still says they are closed for Covid.

    ignor what it says on the website. they are open for some. have been using them for about 3 weeks now but only last week did they turn the website back on so I could see stock levels. They still have lower staff as even with lower orders things take 2 to 3 days to pick

    Their website has never stopped working for me since they closed on the 27th March. I still cant order and the opening message has never changed. Ive still been able to check model numbers and prices and compare. They’ve lost so much of my trade since closing. It would be good to have them back.

    what rating were you given when they rated everone Gold silver and bronze

    was ony wondering if they were picking gold first then silver etc

    I got silver when that happened

    yes but they contacted you before me, by at least 2 weeks, so I may be right they are targeting gold first

    Actually just logged in can see parts but message on homepage says unable to process any more trade orders? At capacity it says

    I emailed them on Monday to ask what the situation was. They are only supplying to a few customers in numbers that they can cope with at the minute. So i presume the higher up the feeding chain you are the earlier you get access. Its strange how every other supplier has been able to cope but not Qualtex.

    My email to Customer service has never been answered. I was asking them when they would reopen the trade counter (I live a mile away from them). I guess they won’t for a while…

    I have always been able to access the website and I have now seen the announcement has changed to “We’re at capacity. We’ll let you know when that changes”. All parts come up as Out of stock for me.

    I never got told if I was gold, silver or bronze. When did they do that?

    I asked one of my customers to order a part retail and I would come and fit it. Arrived in a couple of days in a qualtex bag
