Not sure if I made a mistake due to being busy, ( or old and dozy) first install a week ago model number noted as a CI555WH. today I am sure the machine had model number 8665CT, or have I misread the rating plate?

Another mystery solved then. 😉
CI555WH is the model, 06-100527-01 is the serial and yes, it is IPX4 rated for use in bathrooms etc.

I have just had time to have a proper read of the user manual. I have been very busy ( not complaining). I come back to something a customer asked me about that I could not answer at the time regarding Rinse Hold.
I have gone through the manual several times and the only mention I can find of Rinse Hold is on pages #10 & #16. However, I can find no mention of how to select Rinse Hold or indeed find a Rinse Hold button. Is it possible that when selecting No Spin that you are selecting Rinse Hold or will the machine just drain out without spinning.

KeymasterRe: Questions
Yes Jim, I think that the “No Spin” serves as a rinse-hold in effect but without the suspension in water.
TBH I can’t say I’m bothered undully as I don’t know one customer that ever used the function but I know plenty that complained about it. 😉

Wouldn’t the schematic wiring diagram and programme sequence chart not show if it had a rinse hold facility or not? As Ken says, no-one uses it these days so probably not part of the ISE machine either 😉

A change to the manual is definately needed then, page 16 ‘troubleshooting’ says,
Pump does not drain
Check Rinse Hold button has not been selected in error.Perhaps I need to take some Tipex with me on installation calls and erase this error to save any confusion.

It would if we had one, 😉
like Ken I only know of one or two people that actually use this, and I have not come across one customer round that has ever used time delay either.
