hhi
the problem could be either the defrost sensor or heater or evap cover,If you press the light switch in on the fridge side when the door is open do you hear or feel any air coming out of the vents at the rear of the fridge ?
do you have any noise coming from the fan ?

Hi Bryan
I have tried this, and I cannot feel any air coming out of the vents at the rear of the fridge, the unit only appears to be serviced by 1 fan which is located in the rear of the freezer, do you know anything I can try to get these working. Thanks

Hi
yes the appliance needs to be switched off to carry out any repair !!.I recomend 24hrs with both doors open to make sure it has defrosted completely.
They are easy to replace as they can only be fitted into the correct plug unless you force it.
