ParticipantBought this second hand and can’t return due to seller disappearing!! so trying to get it working however nothing works, On the display it indicates EE for the freezer and a – for the fridge and it is the only thing that actually powers up nothing switches on, the interior light doesn’t even work, tested the bulb and and its ok, measured 10v at the light, checked for power going to the starter relay and getting 240v in and 50v going out to the compressor (is this right?) it has one compressor and once the starter relay is out I have measured between the 3 pins getting 18 ohms between top pin and bottom left pin and the same on the top pin and bottom right pin but nothing between bottom left and right pin? Why does it not fire up its completely dead, could it be the starter unit or one of the two small suppressors units that are wired to the starter relay ? I’m confused. Can anyone help? obviously there is no fan or compressor running.

KeymasterOh dear. It sounds like you’ve been sold a pup and, you now know why it was being sold.
It’s full electronic so the error code will mean something but I can’t find any for that one but, at a guess, a sensor or compressor fault. Possibly a fan motor but that’s an outside runner.
