I can’t recall what you can do as mods.

I can use the one-click ban that zaps them and reports them and the IP to Stop Forum Spam. They’ve just found a way round SFS for a bit but it should go away again.

Washman has just alerted me to another two in a different thread.

Same large post of rubbish as before. posted deleted, usernames banned.

All the IP’s start with 188.143 and resolved to the British Virgin Isles again.

I have used the ban IP tool and entered 188.143.*.* .

Hope that is OK. 😀

I think they both need zapping, if I view the posts in IE they appear ok but in Chrome there is a blanked out picture hyperlink showing in both posts.

Definitely something odd going on. 😕

Inspecting the ‘element’ using Chrome it shows that the non displayed image is a gif for http://www.filii.info/g.gif . ❓
