Well……Phil’s away on an Easter break so he’s not available on the 9th….. :rolls:

But – 16th, 23rd and 30th he can do…..ATM. He is very keen to put names to faces as we are all so geographically spread around the UK.

He also wants a tete – a – tete with Ken as he wants to do more for UKW as well. So Ken attending is pivotal in this. 😉

I’ve looked at the price list for the Millers and £49.00 single room B + B rate is shown. Can we get a block booking rate with them like Brian gets with the Hilton chain?

I need another show of hands please!!!

Might I suggest we revert back to April 9th…? I think it’s more important for all WTA involved members to get together, and as Ken & Barrie can’t make the 16th, they should be there.

I know the Qualtex guy can’t make the 9th, but priority is for OUR convenience, not Phil’s, that is meant in a nice way…! Phil attending was just a bonus…?

So, what do we think, I have a busy few weeks ahead and would like to know what I’m doing… Ade 🙂

Other than the Qualtex man being there is there much more to discuss until we know the outcome of the meeting about the COP?

Is there any benefit in having it early, so soon after the previous one or would Mid May be better when there may be more on the agenda?
