Hi when in May can people get together I was thinking a Fri night through to Sat lunch maybe ask qualtex to the Fri night to work some things through ,then business on Sat .
The Millers ?… thoughts …I’ve no issue with it so long as it doesn’t clash with a bank holiday weekend or my life won’t be worth living.

Just looked at the house diary I can do the 14th or the 21st failing that
late April ??Late April I can’t do.
Between staff holidays and business commitments I’ve got no chance beyond the weekend of the 17th through to after the 10th May.
The next three weeks after that are clear, so far.
June isn’t bad until you hit the second week of it then I’m slammed through to July. A chunk of that is out as well through to August.
I did say I was busy!

I am due to meet Phil Hulme of Qualtex in early April – what if I try to get that meeting to coincide with ours? It would save time and Phil would be able to meet all the members of the WTA council. He was willing to come to Bournemouth to see me, so maybe he could be persuaded to meet us all at a different location? (I think he is based in Manchester IIRC but I’ll check that!!)

Qualtex is based in Manchester, been there. 😉
That being the case what I’d suggest is that we do something Friday 9th April as I can do that without too much trouble. Although I do need to scoot on the Saturday morning as I’ve a thing on the Saturday night, maybe.
I would also suggest neutral ground. The Millers is a good choice as it’s reasonably central, easy to get to and the bar and food are okay.
That is, if you even want me there! If not, do what you like. 😉

Early or mid – April may be OK but who’s free and who’s not? I can contact Phil as soon as I know and get the ball rolling. It would be great to combine the two initiatives in one hit.

Shall I try for 9th April then? I’ll need a quick decision on the venue and I’ll tie it up. Millers or Hilton or……….?
