Okay, when you start you should see this….
Press the Full Version button and you should get to this page…
That’s where you can buy for the month or whatever it is.
If you don’t see that, kill the app and restart it.

Got to that second page and kept getting subscription failed. Deleted the app and then reinstalled, this time I got to a page asking me to register a new e-mail and password, did that but still couldn’t buy the full version. Closed app, reopened and this time get the buy option, clicked this but got no further, still only got the ISE codes. Deleted and tried again and now the registration is telling me that three different, legitimate e-mail addresses are invalid???

Ditto all Jim says.
I’ve paid my £3.99, registered and still all I get is the basic version with just ISE codes listed. Deleted app now got to stump up another £3.99 and on and on chasing tails here…..!

Having the same problem, it tells me that my subscription (using my iTunes account ) has been successful but I also still only have the ISE codes.

I have now received two e mails to different e mail accounts telling me that I have successfully subscribed TWICE. 😥 the beggar of it is, these are two of the email addies that it told me were invalid.

I am working to figure the problem.
Your subscription expiry date has been set to demo version, since you are registered first in app store and due to which you are not able to restore.
I have restored your expiry date to 1 month, so just go into your app again and login with the emails you registered from the app. The app should set to 1 month expiry from then. I have just tried this and it have worked fine.

Well I’m pleased to report that it now works for me so thanks for that Sudeep.
What happens in 30days time? Do I have to subscribe again in the form of an update or what? And if I choose not to subscribe further will it no longer work?

If I try to restore mine I get a warning that I have exceeded my time and I must purchase another subscription?
