Let me put it this way…
There has been a number of comments made about Martin by several members to me. Aside from the fact that is is pretty much confidential comment and opinion the general sentiment is, shall we say, displeasure at some of his comments.
What he does, oh so often, is start a fight then runs away. That is, until the point comes where there’s some sort of comment of sentiment that can serve to vindicate his point of view. The problem is however, that Martin’s point of view is very often quite narrow minded and inflammatory IMO. Basically, a troll albeit a more astute one than most, I’ll give him that.
He drives me mental at times and I very often find myself struggling not to go off on one at the sh1t that he spews out on a regular basis. But I want to remain above that and not to feed the little f******. 😉
No matter how many times he gets shot down he keeps on coming back like a bad smell. I just wish he’d give me enough reason to ban him but I expect he’s too wiley for that.

Shame really, as he’s done some good stuff over the last few weeks.
You could do something radical……..
Make him a Mod again, so as he could read this thread and get a thoroughly good kicking at the same time.
Maybe the spread and weight of opinion expressed might get home. Or maybe not :con: .
Too much beer – late and tired.

KeymasterNa, making him a mod again would only serve to feed his ego I expect and I think he’s immune to any criticism TBH.

KeymasterI’m dog tired this past week or so. Been a lot going on, too much TBH, but as usual it al has to be done regardless of how tired I may be.
Oh, this wasn’t perhaps the correct thread in which to post my random musings and, deary me, I appear to have bumped this topic once more.
I really should exercise some restraint when musing so as not to cause undue distress. 😉
There again, sod it. 😆

Have I failed to add up correctly or is Martin spouting total bullshit in his HMRC Christmas card thread.
In the past few years he has told us that he has de-registered for VAT, only does about 4 jobs a day at most and advises anyone who is thinking of setting up a limited company to stay as a sole trader.
If all above is true how does he end up with a end of year tax bill for £8k and how does he end up in the 40{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} tax band 😕

What he deliberately forgot to add was that the 8k demand was not what he expected or apparently actually owed. :rolls:
He really is a prize tosser.

Now there’s a statement I’m unlikely to debate! 😆

Attention seeker. I can’t put him on ignore, so I read what he writes – it just doesn’t sink in anymore.

Last post 30th December.
If he was away on hols he normally shouts about it.
Perhaps his new years resolution was not to come back 😀
Could another message board have his company now?
