Hi All
Right If you havent booked the rooms with either myself or Fraggle then you can book the room direct with the hotel using the following room rate code : GFFR which will reduce the room rate to £65 per room bed & breakfast either single or double.
http://beta.hilton.co.uk/coventry
Remember if youve already asked me or Fraggle to confirm the room dont do it again else you’ll get billed twice.

These meetings are a royal pain.
I like being hidden behind my Mac most of the time with my home comforts to hand. Mostly that involves the odd beverage and a little bit of food now and again and, I’m happy.
But they are, while being that royal pain, always worth being at without exception.
I’ve started work on some of the stuff we want to run through at this one which, I hope, will shed a little light on many things within the industry when it comes to servicing appliances. And, as usual with me, it’s not a witch hunt as I won’t allow that to happen, nor will anyone else. And this is despite what anyone may say to the contrary as there are many people that really don’t like UKW, ISE or the WTA at all and smear any or all at every opportunity.
There are some that seem to think (especially from a manufacturer/WP/insurer) point of view that it’s nothing but a whinging session by the engineers that are subcontracted to do a job when, really, that’s not even remotely true.
What such an event often provides is a medium to air the engineer or subcontractor’s point of view, their take on things.
Now, correct me if I’m wrong here, but I always thought it a responsibility of management and, in fact, good managerial practice, to listen to the people that you employ. Or am I mistaken? Perhaps I am mistaken, maybe I’m totally looney tunes, but I tend to listen to the people that make my business operate, take that and any criticism levelled at me or my business and learn from it. Then, ultimately, try to do something about it.
Same thing goes for customers. They tell me there’s a problem, I try to address it as best I can.
But to bury your head in the sand and to ignore evolution and progress, well, the dinosaurs serve up a good example of that behaviour, metaphorically speaking.
So do I think that spending a day listening to other people’s highs and lows, positive things and negative things is a waste of valuable time behind a PC, no, not in the slightest.
K.
