not sure about your model but it’s like a black tube that twists and locks into the sump. It has a two wire plug attached to it. I’ve just ordered one for mine, not cheap, roughly around thirty quid.

had a go again today , couldnt make it go into diagnostic mode , took off front control panel and had a look at main board looks fine no visible marks or burns , machine running fine just wont heat water ?? i guess its just a case of gettin a ntc and tryin that !

ok new ntc fitted , still no heat , 3 flashes on start button led when it stops , read the fault codes and it means heater problem , heater relay on control board faulty or cabling problem , does anyone know where the heater relay is thanks

Same here. Fitted ntc worked once and now not heating. I’ve jumped in the deep end and ordered the 70 quid pcb. Will let you know outcome. To be honest it can’t be anything else. You live and learn then another fault you’ve never seen comes along.

i’m still trying to find a solution to this problem , it seems the dishwasher has live current going through it when its plugged in , i have gotten a tingle when i touch the legs and it measures 12 volts ac on the meter , im thinking its leaking to earth , would that be right a component has let the current leak through it to earth ??? thanks again

yeah , i can see the loom coming up from the components under neath , looks fine though no chaffing ar trapped wires , i would replace the heater element but its 140 quid cant believe it just a bit o plastic housing with the flat element on one end ????
