Keep it stumph for now but…
http://whitegoodstradeassociation.org/upgrade/
We hope to have it completed next week at some stage, still a bit of work to do on it but other than general housekeeping and some graphical work it’s pretty much done as a straight upgrade to what already exists.
What it does allow is the use of some of the more funky stuff in the future on the 1.5 platform. There’s a few things we’re going to be working on that will slot straight into that rather than having to re-invent the wheel.

All done and transferred over.
Anything that needs changing you’ll have to let me know.
Also, surveys module installed and operational.

Looking gooooood 🙂
One change I’d suggest though being the OCD victim that I am… Can you change all the green to the WTA blue to match?

Hi all
When are we going to get the survey on line?
Did we get a email address set up to send from?
Not sure if we did manage to draft anything so would you like me draft a note up ready to send, i have alist of the people who came to the meet with majority emails on?
Something like….
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking time out to attend the sept meeting, it was great to see and meet so many new faces.
We have had a lot of positive feedback already and it would benefit us if you could please take a few minutes to vist the wta website (link) to fill out a survey about how we can make future meetings even better.
We have made a lot progress in this short time, especially trying to gain recognition through the oft but we still need your help and support to move our trade association forward.thankyou again and i look forward to see you again at our next meeting in feb coventry.
Chairman
Please feel free to amend or comment.

Just to confirm, I’ve now reserved my room a day earlier (Thursday 09/12) so I can spend a few hours with K on the Friday going over all applicable web editing stuff on the Friday before everyone else arrives for the xmas doo.
If no-one has any objections then, I’ll take ownership of web updates etc and be the point of contact for web update enquiries.

Now I’ve been working with Joomla for a while I’ve pretty much gotten my head around how it works, which is good for you guys as I can do stuff quickly and easily now. 🙂
I updated the front page, took off the latest articles and replaced it with a welcome message that pretty much sets out the stall in some ways. Can you please comment about what’s there?
IMO we need some eye candy though, pictures. Any suggestions?
Ade, can you do an article about the online ability to apply and renew please with links and stuff and how excited we are about this facility making membership even easier and leaping costs low. 😉
I’ll do one about the enhanced listing on the UKW search.
Then we need to work on one for the meeting in Feb with the online registration ability.
That should p1ss some people off enough for a while. 😉

Damn that free template is so damn frustrating.
Can I funk up the site with a decent template please so you get all the new toys to play with?
It really is restrictive.
