My thinking was…
WTA members operate to a higher standard demanded by our code of practice that is maintained and regulated by the industry …. blah…. [Find Out More](Button)
Lead to an intro article explaining the basics, branch to more detail.
Repeat for…
<GOOD picture of engineer talking to a customer>
++By good I mean none of us ugly gits++
Working with customers and repairers to help make direct contact, cut out the middle men and save consumers money along with higher standards… blah …[Find Out More]
And so on.
Tease people into reading the stories.

😉 I haven’t finished yet.
Question -Does our website face the public or the trade ?Answer – Both
Therefore what we say has to engage both parties
lets focus on Independence being a positive for the consumer, concentrate on the key phrase “cut out the middle man” go straight to the professional ,independent repairer .The consumer is being bombarded with the assumption that big and slick automatically means good service ,lets show how by cutting out the middle man small means professional and personal service.
thats a start anyway
its all about cutting out what gets in the way i.e the middle man

The green has to go! I can get J to do that in the CSS if you want, but the site is sexy and awesome, bar the green!

I disagree.
1… I absolutely HATE green (Even though I have an interview for the Territorial Army on Wednesday) Go figure?!
2… I think the site should be uniform in colour. WTA colours throughout.
Maybe I’m just tooooooooo fussy on image? 8)

Or don’t get design rules. 😉
Although I note you’ve no issue with the green in the WRU logo. 😆
TBH it’s fairly irrelevant but I get what you’re saying. The problem is that, somehow you have to highlight the fact that the test (currently green) is a link as well. The danger is that if it’s not “different” enough people won’t suss it as most are complete idiots. Or, it seems that way with the muppets we’ve had lately.
