Right, finally got round to pulling the machine out and having a look. Directly behind the collection drawer there are two tubes – both leading from the bottom of the machine from a grey plastic section (the condensor?). One tube goes up and exits directly over where the hole in the top of the collection drawer is, so that must be where the condensed water is pumped out. The other, which is clear plastic, leads up and joins the machine a few inches below that. Not sure what that one is for.

Anyway, which of these (if any) do you recommend me taking off and sticking a hose down to clear out the works? 🙂
