    thanks dave for your advises and time, Dave. it looks like a motor failure. Maybe the bearing. It is 13 years old…

    yes, I know. is there a way to check if it is the motor it self or the board? since the failure is not permanent…
    is there something I can fix rather than replace?

    I already disassembled the control board. The label on the board housing is 9160696069(01) …. Firmware TBB10107
