    Hi Bryan

Thanks very much for your help. I have done what you recommended and defrosted. Afterwards the black tray in the back was full of water which I emptied. There was water dripping out of the black tubing. This tubing did not come off easily it looks like it needs to be cut off, so I left it for now. Can you have a look at the image and confirm that this is the tubing that needs to come out. Why was this causing the problems.

    Thanks again for your help

Re: BOSCH WFB2004. Fault with Pump

    Hi,

Just to follow up. I took the pump out and examined it (and while Im no expert) there was no obvious problems. Nothing seemed out of place. Connected it all back up and ran the pump program and it work. Ran it again and it didnt. It looks like the initial kick to start the fan isnt strong enought to turn the blades as once you turn it with a pen it kicks in and start to spin. So I guess I just want to double check it is the pump/pump motor and not something electronical.

    Again thanks for any help.
    Cheers

    Hi Clive,

The exact model is WFB2004/16, which is not listed in the link above. Do you know if there is one available for this model?

    Cheers
