At this moment I feel like using a lump hammer on the bloody thing!

Cutting looks like my only option as there is nothing holding it on but it won’t come off …. Weird!

I have the full motor assembly out of the machine and removed the nut that is supposed to hold the fan in place but the damn fan won’t come off the spindle even though it’s completely loose and wobbles.

It’s as though there is a spring washer or something holding onto it no matter how much I pull or hit it.

I even tried a screwdriver and hammer to the back of it.

​​I have exactly the same problem so I removed the motor and fan etc. but I can’t get the fan off the spindle!

I have tried gentle brute force but it won’t budge.

Is there a trick to getting the fan of the spindle?
