Received and fitted 400v element, now working ok.

Oven is working ok because top elements have stopped working, I’ve ordered a 400v element here in Sweden. Thanks for your help i’ll let you know how I get on. These elements are expensive near £100.

I’m in. Sweden, the oven is rated for 240/400v and has a 3 phase connection.
Ive got it on at the moment and it seems to be working ok at 200c. It wouldn’t stay on yesterday. I’m wondering if it was the damp in the element problem that I read about. I’ll let you know if it’s starts to trip again.

I’ve just been checking the small print on the elements which is very difficult to read. The original element is rated at 400v and the new ones only 240v. That’s probably the problem don’t you think?

Thanks for the reply Dave, I have both, one is a copy and the other is original. I have a third one which is a copy, I’ll give it a try.
