    I’ve reseated the brushes and it seems to be working ok which will at least allow me to get the kids uniform washed for next week. The brushes are very worn though so I will get some new brushes ordered.

    Thanks Andy, what am I looking for? There is a lot of carbon build up, but I cant see any big pits (although the carbon may be hiding this I guess!)

    It’s a a Hoover OPH148 washing machine which has a CESET MCA 52/64-148/CY44 motor fitted. I bought the sv1202-ceset brushes from ukwg. Thanks

    Thanks. I didn’t clean it before fitting the replacements, so could be that I guess. I assume it’s one of these I need? http://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/carbc01- … or-cleaner

    Are there instructions included on how to use it?
