    Thanks for the advice Bob, but I would have expected a back cover to have lasted more that 3 months. When i removed it last time it was still dry, except for where the ice was and that was no more than a 7cm section around the vent area.

    If the back cover does not seal correctly could that cause the problem?

    Hi phinne, thanks for the input. Just had a look at it again this morning and the back cover inside the fridge has ice forming on the surface again, also don’t seem to hear a fan stop when you open the door like we used to.
    Do you know if there is a complete kit available or is it a question of buying the bits individually?
