Thanks for the speedy replies, yes I meant the water supply 🙂 So my thoughts are presumed correct the valve is to blame. Customer Care here I come.

Thanks, having now sat down in the light of day to take a closer look. It appears that the water is clean and slowly pouring in from the white cap to the right hand side inside the machine. I have switched the machine off and it seems to be down to the water supply.

When I switch off the supply the trickle of water stops then when it’s back on it goes again. How would you suggest I remedy this?

The hoses seem to be OK the water will drain when th e machine is switched on. However it seems that this has happened because I havent used the machine and this trickle of water has built up and spilled out!
